The decoration of the hotel had a charming old-world feel, with beautiful antique furniture and delicate tapestries adorning the walls. The common areas were cozy and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating for weary legs. I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails provided throughout the property. It made navigating the hotel much easier and gave me peace of mind knowing that my safety was prioritized.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Although the staff was friendly, there were times when they seemed a bit overwhelmed and stretched thin.

The guestrooms at Palac Paulinum are absolutely amazing! They have a cozy seating area where I could relax after a tiring day.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the traditionally decorated rooms as much as I hoped.

Located in a green, wooded area with walking paths and beautiful views. Staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and provides excellent hospitality. Conveniently close to town but feels secluded. Impressive old palace ambiance in hotel halls, restaurants, and stairs. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of food options.

The Perfect Relaxation Spot: Once I stepped into the hotel, I was enchanted by its historical interiors, creating a characteristic climate that can be only compared to English clubs for gentlemen. It felt like being transported back in time, but with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The spacious rooms were comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring the area. But what truly stood out was the hotel's very own Salt Cave. It offered a unique experience, combining the curative climates of Poland's maritime and mountain air. It was like being in two different places at once, rejuvenating both my body and mind.
Trash Removal Issue: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the trash removal service.

Loved exploring the hotel's recreational area with its sauna, gym, salt cave, and billiards. The restaurant served delicious Old Polish and European dishes. The location was perfect for outdoor activities like mountain biking and skiing. The historical interiors had a charming English club vibe. And the jacuzzi with hydro massage was heavenly!
Just absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

Located in a beautiful, green area on a hill, this historic hotel offers picturesque park views. The spacious rooms ensure comfort and cleanliness, with attention to detail such as kettle, tea and coffee. The friendly and helpful staff offer satisfactory service. Breakfast is served in a self-serve buffet with some hot dishes. The hotel also features unique common areas with original period features.
Guests might encounter some dated decor and worn-out furnishings.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and offers a peaceful environment. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of options and was very tasty. There are plenty of nearby places to explore within a short drive from the hotel.
Although the hotel offers an historical atmosphere, some aspects of the building are in need of renovation. Our room had some humidity issues and could have been cleaner.

Free access to a Finnish sauna, gym, salt cave, and billiards room. What a multitasking cave! The restaurant serves Old Polish and European specialties, and they even cater to individual orders. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring Spas like Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba.
Just loved climbing 100 stairs to my 19th-century-style room, felt like a workout! #ThighsOfSteel
